The studies "Consume behaviour in light of counterfeiting and unlawful imitations" illustrate the consumer behaviour in the trade, and their attitude in light of counterfeiting and unlawful imitations. This study, currently in its fourth edition, under the name "Consumer attitude in light of counterfeiting (2013)" has been elaborated by the Oficina Española de Patentes y Marcas (Spanish Patent and Trademark Office «SPTO») and Andema, in collaboration with the Department of Economic Studies of the Official Chamber of Commerce of Spain, using the more than one thousand consumer opinions.

From the second edition and following, a comparison has been made with earlier studies, showing percentages to compare and to analyze the information.
